Our approach.

  1. Build a long-term cohort of individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in Los Angeles County

  2. Leverage mobile phone technology, a web-based survey platform, and electronic gift card incentives for seamless participation

  3. Collect ongoing data on health, housing, service access, and social outcomes to monitor impacts over time
